Release & Renew is a three-hour immersive experience designed to help you gently let go of old habits, patterns, and ways of being that no longer serve you. This is not about fixing yourself — it’s about creating space. Space to move, to reflect, to connect, and to reconnect with the part of you that already knows what’s next. Through carefully guided experiences, shared moments, and time to simply be, you’ll be invited into a journey of release followed by renewal. There will be space for grounding, creativity, connection, and a few unexpected moments designed to leave you feeling lighter, more confident, and realigned. You’ll leave feeling reset, re-energised, and ready to step forward — in your own way.
