Before we begin any therapeutic work, it’s important that you feel safe, comfortable, and heard. That’s why I offer a free 20-minute consultation — a relaxed, no-pressure space to get to know each other and see if we’re the right fit. During this conversation, we’ll talk about what’s bringing you to counselling, what you hope to gain, and how I can best support you. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask any questions about how sessions work, so you can make an informed choice that feels right for you.
