Winter has a way of asking more of us than we realise. The days are shorter, energy is lower, and yet life continues at full speed. By February, many people feel tired, overwhelmed, and unable to properly switch off. This isn’t a lack of motivation — it’s your nervous system asking for support.

Our Reset Event was created with this exact need in mind.

This 2-hour nervous system reset is a gentle, restorative workshop designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with rest. It’s not about pushing through or fixing yourself. It’s about creating the conditions your body needs to feel safe, calm, and regulated again.

What Is a Nervous System Reset?

Your nervous system plays a central role in how you experience stress, rest, emotions, and energy. When it’s under constant pressure, the body stays in a heightened state of alert. Over time, this can show up as fatigue, overwhelm, anxiety, tension, poor sleep, or a feeling that you can never quite relax.

A nervous system reset helps guide the body out of survival mode and back into balance. Through gentle, body-led practices, the system is reminded that it’s safe to slow down.

What to Expect at the Reset Event

The session begins with a cacao ceremony, helping you unwind and transition out of the busyness of everyday life. Cacao supports grounding and presence, allowing the body to soften and the mind to settle.

From here, you’ll be guided through a meditation designed to calm the nervous system and create a sense of safety within the body. Sound healing then deepens this relaxation, using vibration to release tension and quiet mental noise.

The session also includes somatic movement, encouraging gentle, intuitive movement to help release stress stored in the body. This isn’t about exercise or performance — it’s about listening to your body and responding with care.

The experience is carefully paced, creating a sense of ease and grounding before gently lifting the energy again, so you leave feeling lighter and more balanced.

Who Is This For?

This workshop is suitable for everyone. You don’t need experience with meditation or movement. If you feel overwhelmed, wired, exhausted, or disconnected from rest, this space was created for you.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, or both so you can lie down comfortably during the session.
